They repaired my truck, less then a week later I needed it fixed again
This by far the worst repair facility I have ever seen in my 12 year career. I took my truck in on a Saturday night to have it in first thing Monday morning. They didn't get my truck in until after lunch. Then they tell me there was nothing wrong with it. I got down the road 38 miles and my truck became completely immobile on the side of tunnel hill in the right lane on i77. After speaking to the shop forman. It was the clutch that went out and he said it would be done by Thursday. Well here it is Thursday and now I'm being told it won't be done until Friday. Long story short STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WHAT A JOKE OF A FACILITY.
Had a problem they said it was fixed, drove 75 miles started doing the sameThing ,took it back said it was fixed drove it 100 miles same thing.
Needed parts and got them in a hurry This is West Virginia I'm talking about.
