They did a good job of repairing refrigerator, but they failed to tell us what they cost would be and were very expensive. I will not use them again.

seems to know more about appliances than any should be allowed to know. (Actually it started the day before when Charlie was off and a young man named Josh helped us and he is indeed going to be a very fine salesman. For today Russell and Josh from Jeff's just left our home after delivering a new washer and dryer. What great guys and WORKERS. The delivery probably seemed like a slam dunk for them. The back breaker was removing our front loader washer and dryer that we had to replace and, not just doing that, but having to do it from a second floor laundry room. Those things are VERY heavy and were on stands making them tall and harder to carry. Thanks guys. (Enjoy your fishing trip on the Greenbrier Russell).
