We went to Rick a few years ago and had a good experience. This time I went and bought a vehicle myself. Two moths have went by and I still don't have my license plates. I called but, got a voicemail. I emailed and 24 hours later,I finally got an email back asking for my phone numer. Anyway on the day my temporary tags expired I called at 9:15 am. (The website says they open at 9:00) Rick called me right back. I asked him what am I going to do about my plates? He said for me to not get nasty. He said it was too early. He said my plates might be in today. I said if I get on the road and get a ticket then what? First he made fun of the way I said ticket then hung up on me. I called back and asked what time my plates would be in? He said for me to call him at 2:00 and they should be in by 5:00. I asked him if there was a chance they would not be in today and again he hung up on me. I will never again go to this place. I should also mention that for the down payment, a week later I had to take in another $500. I was welcomed in to his office where he sat me down and then left there for over an hour. When he came back in he said he forgot about me. There are too any places for me to buy a used car for me to tolerate this. Never again!
I got bad vibes and most of the cars had excessive miles for the price
